After 88 years and 3 Generations, the family that built the Bonnie Brae Tavern has made the difficult decision to close its doors after the sale of the building. All remaining assets are to be sold at public online auction. Auction to include Pizza Oven, Refrigerators, Range, Bar Equipment, Prep Tables, sinks, Smallwares, Booth Packages and Much More

All items must be removed by July 25th. Any items left beyond this date will be considered abandoned. Please do not bid if you're unable to pay for and remove purchase by July 25th

All items in the auction are sold AS IS - WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. If you believe an item you win is materially different from what was conveyed, Roller Auction will consider a refund of the purchase price ONLY (No hauling, repair, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Roller Auction must be notified within 2 days of the final removal date of the auction.

Buyer's Premium:

  • There will be a 13% buyer's premium (reduced to 10% if paying in cash or cash equivalent) added to all winning bid prices, and the buyer’s premium is subject to all applicable sales tax.

Inspection Times:

  • Wednesday, July 20th
  • 9:00am - 4:00pm

Removal:

  • Removal days will be July 22nd and 25th from 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction there will be a link to our scheduling system that will display all the available pick up time slots. 

If items are not removed by 4:00pm on July 25th, a $25 fee will be charged. Any items not picked up by the removal deadline are considered abandoned and no further rights will accrue to you, including but not limited to no further access to said items and revocation of the right to participate in future auctions. For avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the Terms of Use, once the removal period ends, Roller Auctions may resell the items with no further obligation or liability to the Buyer and may charge the Buyer a relisting fee in addition to any amounts already paid.

Payment Terms:

  • Upon the closing of the last lot in any Auction, you agree that the sum of your winning Bids, including all applicable taxes, and Buyer’s Premium (defined below) may be, at Roller Auctions’ discretion, (i) automatically charged the credit card you have on file with Roller Auctions, or (ii) paid pursuant to an invoice you receive electronically, with such invoice due upon receipt. 
  • Payments under $1,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction.
  • Due to Covid19 restrictions please contact us for additional payment methods that do not require in-person contact. 
  • Payments by bank wire transfer, cashier checks or cash at a Chase Bank will receive the 3% reduction off the buyer's premium

Re-Listing Fee:

  • If your auction purchases are not paid for by the specified deadline the credit card on file will be charged a re-listing fee of 15% of the total bid price(s).
  • Those individuals not paying will not be permitted to participate in future auctions

Sales Tax:

  • The tax rate for this auction is 8.81%
  • Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions:
    • Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file)
    • Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction

Removal:

  • Scroll through the dates and times below and select what works best for you. If that time slot is greyed out then that time is full  so you will need to select another time that will work for you as we will only be allowing a maximum of 4 bidders every 15 minutes to keep wait times down and help maintain the safety of our customers and staff.
  • Once you have selected your date and time fill out the info below (please use the email and bidder number associated with your Roller account) and click the submit button on the bottom of the page.
  • You are now reserved for that time slot. We ask that you please show up during your reserved sign up time as this will help us keep the removal experience positive for all bidders.
  • When you arrive for your reserved time slot please check in with a Roller Employee who will direct you to your lots for removal.

All tools that may be required for disassembly and removal of auction items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do your due diligence during inspection to determine what will be needed. If you have any questions at all, contact us prior to bidding

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
