The items in this auction are located in building A. Please reference the map to easily find building A once you drive through the gate off of York Street. The building entrance is indicated by the yellow asterisk.

Please stop by our front office, noted by the red arrows, if you have any questions or to take care of payment prior to removing your items.

Note there is a U-Haul facility immediately north of us on York Street if renting a truck or trailer would help facilitate getting your items picked up.

IMPORTANT AUCTION TERMS:
  • 13% buyers' premium (10% if paying in cash or equivalent)
  • Removal is July 2nd and 3rd from 8:15am - 4:45pm. If items are not removed by 4:45pm on Wednesday, July 3rd, a $25 fee will be charged. Our office will be closed on July 4th & 5th.  If items are not removed by the removal deadline they will be considered abandoned.
  • Disassembly and removal of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do your due diligence during inspection to determine what will be needed. If you have any questions at all, contact us via email or at 303-289-1600.
