Started in 1967 as Pancho’s the restaurant moved to the current location and changed names to Pobre Pancho’s in 1969. For over 50 years it has been a mainstay in Fort Collins and the place to go for exceptional Mexican dining. Unfortunately, due to COVID struggles they have closed their doors and sold the real estate. All remaining assets are to be sold at public online auction.
