Larkspur Outlet a Home Improvement Store Located in Colorado Springs is Clearing Out Excess Inventory to be Sold at Public Online Auction. Auction will include: Structure Wood, Fencing, Decking, Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry Room Accessories, Light Fixtures, Contractor Tools and More.

All items must be removed by March 2nd. Any items left beyond this date will be considered abandoned. Please do not bid if you're unable to pay for and remove purchase by March 2nd

All items in the auction are sold AS IS - WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. If you believe an item you win is materially different from what was conveyed, Roller Auction will consider a refund of the purchase price ONLY (No hauling, repair, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Roller Auction must be notified within 2 days of the final removal date of the auction.

Buyer's Premium:

• There will be a 13% buyer's premium (reduced to 10% if paying in cash or cash equivalent) added to all winning bid prices, and the buyer’s premium is subject to all applicable sales tax.
  • Payments by bank wire transfer, cashier checks or cash will receive the 3% reduction off the buyer's premium

Inspection Times:

• February 19th - 21st from 7:00am - 4:00pm
• February 22nd from 7:00am - 12:00pm

Removal:

• Removal days will be February 26th - March 1st from 7:00am - 4:00pm and March 2nd from 7:00am - Noon
• Removal will be by appointment only by calling Larkspur Outlet at 719-510-3221
• Forklift assistance will be available as needed

If items are not removed by Noon on March 2nd, a $25 fee will be charged. Any items not picked up by the removal deadline are considered abandoned and no further rights will accrue to you, including but not limited to no further access to said items and revocation of the right to participate in future auctions. For avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the Terms of Use, once the removal period ends, Roller Auctions may resell the items with no further obligation or liability to the Buyer and may charge the Buyer a relisting fee in addition to any amounts already paid.

Payment Terms:

• Payment due by 4:45pm on Friday, February 23rd
• Upon the closing of the last lot in any Auction, you agree that the sum of your winning Bids, including all applicable taxes, and Buyer’s Premium (defined below) may be, at Roller Auctions’ discretion, (i) automatically charged the credit card you have on file with Roller Auctions, or (ii) paid pursuant to an invoice you receive electronically, with such invoice due upon receipt. 
• Payments under $1000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction.
• Payments by bank wire transfer, cashier checks or cash will receive the 3% reduction off the buyer's premium
• Credit Cards Accepted; Visa, Master Card and Discover

Re-Listing Fee:

• If your auction purchases are not paid for by the specified deadline the credit card on file will be charged a re-listing fee of 15% of the total bid price(s).
• Those individuals not paying will not be permitted to participate in future auctions

Sales Tax:

• • The tax rate for this auction is 8.20%
  • Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions:
    • Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file)
    • Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction

Removal:

All tools that may be required for disassembly and removal of auction items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do your due diligence during inspection to determine what will be needed. If you have any questions at all, contact us prior to bidding

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
