The consignor has listed any known issues or defects to the best of their knowledge in the descriptions. Please inspect carefully. If you win an item and find any material defects not previously listed in the lot description please contact Roller Auction and we will allow a return of the item to us no later then Tuesday, June 11th. Any returns after Tuesday, June 11th will not be accepted.

Please remember by participating in this auction you're agreeing to pay and pick up during the removal time frame stated below. We plan our crews according to these dates.

All items must be paid by 4:45pm on Friday, June 7th
All items must be removed by 11:00am on Saturday, June 8th.
- When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction; there will be a 'Schedule Your Pick Up Appointment' button in the upper right hand corner.
- Please select the time that will work best for you from the available time slots
