After nearly 50 years of dedicated service, the owner has decided to retire and will be auctioning off all equipment to pursue a peaceful life on his Kansas farm. The auction will feature a wide range of items including Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Truck Tractors, Dump Trucks, Pickups, Trailers, Skid Steers, and much more!

- Items are located in 13831 County Road 22, Ft Lupton, CO 80621
- All Items must be paid for and removed by 4:30pm Friday, August 2nd.
- When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction; there will be a 'Schedule Your Pick Up Appointment' button in the upper right hand corner.
- Please select the time that will work best for you from the available time slots
- Please remember by participating in this auction you're agreeing to pay and pick up during the removal time frame stated below. We plan our crews according to these dates.
- Payments will only be accepted online or at Roller's Office - 7500 York Street.
- There will be no payments taken at the auction location in Ft Lupton.
