TermsSome important items to remember for this auction:
- Items are located at 951 Cougar Run Lane, Berthoud, CO 80513.
- All Items must be paid for by 4:45pm on Thursday, October 1st
- All items must be removed on Thursday (10/3) and Friday (10/4) 9:00am - 4:00pm
- There will be no removal on Wednesday (10/2)
- When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction; there will be a 'Schedule Your Pick Up Appointment' button in the upper right hand corner. Please select the time that will work best for you from the available time slots
- Please remember by participating in this auction you're agreeing to pay and pick up during the removal time frame outlined in the auction terms. We plan our crews according to these dates.
- Payments will only be accepted online or at Roller's Office - 7500 York Street.
- There will be no payments taken at the auction location in Berthoud

Due to Colorado DOR requirements, this unit must be towed off of our lot. We will require a towing service invoice or a picture of the vehicle being towed taken by a Roller representative before buyer will receive keys and title work.
