Inspection is strongly recommended as the items in this auction are reconditioned or returned. If you win an item and find any material defects not previously listed in the lot description please contact our office @ 303.289.1600. Returns will be accepted until Tuesday, October 29th. Any returns after this date will not be accepted.

Please remember by participating in this auction you're agreeing to pay and pick up during the removal time frame stated below. We plan our crews according to these dates.

All items must be paid for and removed without exception by 4:45pm on Thursday (10/24)
- Invoices with a balance under $500 will be charged to the card on file at the completion of the auction
When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction; there will be a 'Schedule Your Pick Up Appointment' button in the upper right hand corner.
