- When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction; there will be a 'Schedule Your Pick Up Appointment' button in the upper right hand corner. Please select the time that will work best for you from the available time slots
- Please remember by participating in this auction you're agreeing to pay and pick up during the removal time frame outlined in the auction terms. We plan our crews according to these dates.
- Payments will only be accepted online or at Roller's Office - 7500 York Street.
- There will be no payments taken at the auction location in Englewood

Lots 2 through 525 are located on the 2nd floor. Please plan ahead to ensure sufficient manpower for heavy lots and necessary tools for removal. Access to the 2nd floor is available via a single elevator or stairs. Please note the elevator is not certified to have people ride in it so you must send your items down and then walk down to meet the elevator at the dock level. There may be wait times to use the elevators so plan accordingly.
Surplus Assets to the Continuing Operations of TTEC
With the shift to a remote working environment, TTEC has decided to transition away from its traditional office setup and will be selling their excess restaurant and exercise equipment at public online auction.

All items in the auction are sold AS IS - WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. If you believe an item you win is materially different from what was conveyed, Roller Auction will consider a refund of the purchase price ONLY (No hauling, repair, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Roller Auction must be notified within 2 days of the final removal date of the auction.
Buyer's Premium:
- There will be a 13% buyer's premium (reduced to 10% if paying in cash or cash equivalent) added to all winning bid prices, and the buyer’s premium is subject to all applicable sales tax.
- Payments by bank wire transfer, cashier checks or cash will receive the 3% reduction off the buyer's premium
Inspection Times:
- Monday, December 2nd from 9:00am - 1:00pm (MST)
Removal:
- Removal days will be Tuesday (12/3) and Wednesday (12/4) from 9:00am - 4:00pm (MST)
- When you receive your invoice at the completion of the auction there will be a link to our scheduling system that will display all the available pick up time slots.
If items are not removed by 4:00pm (MST) on Wednesday (12/4), a $25 fee will be charged. Any items not picked up by the removal deadline are considered abandoned and no further rights will accrue to you, including but not limited to no further access to said items and revocation of the right to participate in future auctions. For avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the Terms of Use, once the removal period ends, Roller Auctions may resell the items with no further obligation or liability to the Buyer and may charge the Buyer a relisting fee in addition to any amounts already paid.
Payment Terms:
- Upon the closing of the last lot in any Auction, you agree that the sum of your winning Bids, including all applicable taxes, and Buyer’s Premium (defined below) may be, at Roller Auctions’ discretion, (i) automatically charged the credit card you have on file with Roller Auctions, or (ii) paid pursuant to an invoice you receive electronically, with such invoice due upon receipt.
- Payments under $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction.
- Payments by bank wire transfer, cashier checks or cash will receive the 3% reduction off the buyer's premium
- Credit Cards Accepted; Visa, Master Card and Discover
Re-Listing Fee:
- If your auction purchases are not paid for by the specified deadline the credit card on file will be charged a re-listing fee of 15% of the total bid price(s).
- Those individuals not paying will not be permitted to participate in future auctions
Sales Tax:
- The tax rate for this auction is 5.00%
- Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions:
- Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file)
- Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction
- There will be a 13% buyer's premium (reduced to 10% if paying in cash or cash equivalent) added to all winning bid prices, and the buyer’s premium is subject to all applicable sales tax.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.
