Roller and Associates, Inc. ("Roller Auctions") Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions for registration and bidding apply to each and every auction conducted by Roller Auctions both for you as a Buyer and potentially a Seller.

By using this platform you are agreeing to a legally binding agreement with Roller Auctions and are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.  By doing so you also certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

BIDDING AND GENERAL PLATFORM USE:
Once bids are placed they are considered final.  If a significant bidding error has occurred please contact us at info@rollerauction.com and we will attempt to assist you with the bidding error when possible.  It's important that you verify your bids prior to placing them.  Once an auction closes all bids are final.  If you have any questions on the bidding process please contact us at info@rollerauction.com for assistance.

All items you bid on through our website are being sold AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  If you believe an item you win is materially different from what was conveyed, Roller Auction will consider a refund of the purchase price ONLY (No hauling, repair, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Roller Auction must be notified within 2 days of the final removal date of the auction. Our descriptions and photos are simply a guide to help you determine value.  Users are encouraged to to attend our inspection dates to do their own review of the items in the auction.

By participating in our auction and placing bids you do so at your own risk.  Neither Roller Auctions nor any of it's representatives shall  be liable to any User or Third Party for any damages related to the use of our bidding platform.

In registering on our bidding platform  you agree to provide accurate and current data about you as you are prompted.  It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password and information for our system.  You accept all risk of unauthorized access to information and registration data.  Please notify us immediately if you feel there has been any unauthorized access to your account.

Upon the closing of the last lot in any auction you agree that if the sum of your winning bids/taxes/buyer's premium is less than or equal to $1,000 that we may automatically charge the card on file.  Due to Covid19 restrictions please contact us on additional ways to pay that don't involve visiting our offices.  If payments are not received by the due dates noted in an auction you will be considered in default and charged a 10% relisting fee based upon the total dollar value of the high bids.

Upon receiving payment buyer's will be able to pick up their items within the removal dates noted on each auction.  Removal is the buyer's expense and responsibility.  Roller Auctions has no responsibility in assisting with disconnecting, loading or any service related to removing auction purchases.  Buyer's will be responsible for any damage resulting from the removal of their auction purchases.  If the buyer does not pick up their items within the designated removal time those items will be considered abandoned with no further rights.  Buyer's not removing their items within the specified removal timeframes of the ask may have their account privileges removed.  Please do not bid in the auctions if you're unable to abide by our removal timeframes.

Please note that Roller Auctions reserves the right to postpone or cancel any auction at it's own discretion without notice even if bidding has begun.  Roller Auctions will have no liability to potential bidders or sellers as a result.

Roller Auctions may charge a Buyer's Premium on items sold in our auctions.  The Buyer's Premium will be a fixed percentage of the final selling price.  If charged this premium will be clearly indicated in the auction and will be included in your total taxable purchases.

By law, all auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated to be Absolute per UCC 2-328 and applicable state law.
